This isn’t going to be a long post. But, yeah, looks like I went and got bitten by a tick, and caught myself some of that tasty Lyme Disease.
It has put me out of sorts, but I’m taking the medication I need to get rid of it, and should be back to health soon.
It definitely derailed some stuff I’ve been working on for The Witch-Doctor, but I won’t let those blood-sucking arachnids (or their hitchhiking bacteria) get me down for long.
For those of you who’ve been following my Highly Facetious comic series, you’ll know I literally just made a joke about ticks the other day, just before catching Lyme myself.
It is one motherfucker of a disease. Most people don’t even know they’ve been bitten by a tick when they end up catching Lyme.
I know I didn’t, and I am always checking myself for them, living out in the woods like I do.
Oh yeah, speaking of Highly Facetious comics…
Disinfo.com has shut down, so I guess I’ll be doing them on my own from now on and posting them on this site and my Facebook page, Instagram and Twitter.
